The building known as 25|16 Jane Street consists of Office Space and Lab Spaces on two floors around a central 2.5 story Atrium. It was completely renovated in 2002 with an exposed steel and wood structure; the interior and exterior evokes a California Industrial aesthetic complete with exposed steel, metal panels, aluminum window walls, exposed brick, hardwood floors and abundant daylight throughout. Most spaces have exposed timber/steel systems and wood plank ceilings. Ductwork is exposed throughout, and two (2) balconies provide exterior access.
