Requirements
Requirements Include:

Bachelor, Masters Degree in Architecture, or equivalent.

CAD proficient required (other software tools a plus).

7-10 years of working experience in Schematic through Construction Admin
-
7-10 years of experience in Commercial, Educational, or Institutional projects.
-
Ability to oversee tasks with minimal supervision.
-
Licensed professional.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:
-
Assist with the production of drawings from Conceptual Design through Construction Documents.

Coordinate with consulting engineers and product vendors.
-
Work directly with Principal and Senior staff, and assist in client interaction.

Work with all levels of staff to deliver quality and precision in construction documents.
-
Create and coordinate renderings, develop presentations.
-
Participate in office efficiency and production.

Assist with Construction Administration.

What We Offer
Salary is commensurate to experience. Base Salary range of $88,000 to $95,000. Benefits include Healthcare, one (1) week paid vacation (yearly basis), an additional six (6) accrued v,acation days (½ day per month for year), four (4) sick or personal days, six (6) national holidays.
Our office is located on Pittsburgh's Southside.
